Llano Fire Management, Inc. believes that the key to successful land
management is a comprehensive evaluation of what the landscape health currently
is and what that landscape can sustain under good health. Without this knowledge,
appropriate land management practices, such as fire and brush thinning, cannot
be applied adequately or achieve their optimum success. We provide initial
baseline services to determine current range health and ongoing monitoring to
track success of applied treatments. We also provide resource management plans
that are based on holistic management of the entire ecosystem to achieve optimum
results. It is important to take as many factors as possible into consideration
before attempting to sculpt a landscape. Our plans are geared around landowner
desires and current management practices. Emphasis can be placed on rangeland
management for wildlife or livestock, brush management and watershed health.
